Privacy Policy
Last updated: [MONTH DAY, YEAR]
This Privacy Policy explains how Anchor Breakfast ("we", "us") handles information when you visit anchorbreakfast.online (the "Site"), buy The Anchor Breakfast Protocol (the "Product") or use the Anchor App at app.anchorbreakfast.online.
1. Information we collect
- No forms on this Site. The sales pages do not ask you to type in personal information.
- Order information. Purchases are processed by our online retailer, Digistore24 GmbH, which collects your name, email, billing details and payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details needed to deliver the Product and provide support (for example name, email, product purchased and order ID). We never receive your full card number.
- Device and usage data. Like most websites, our servers and service providers automatically receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps.
- Cookies, pixels and local storage. We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), UTMify (campaign attribution) and our video player provider (vTurb/ConverteAI) to measure ad performance and video engagement. We store campaign parameters (such as utm_source or fbclid) in your browser's local storage so we can attribute a purchase to the ad that brought you here.
- App data. If you use the Anchor App, information you choose to log (such as readings or notes) is handled as described in the App's own notice. [DESCRIBE WHERE APP DATA IS STORED, E.G. ON YOUR DEVICE ONLY / ON OUR SERVERS]
2. How we use information
- To deliver the Product, provide access and answer support requests
- To process refunds under our 90-day guarantee
- To measure and improve our advertising and pages
- To prevent fraud, secure the Site and comply with law
3. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (Digistore24 for orders and payments, hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising partners such as Meta and UTMify, and our video host), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Your choices and US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states), you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising". Our use of advertising pixels may count as "sharing" under some state laws. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request". We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
You can also block cookies in your browser, clear local storage, adjust ad preferences in your Meta account settings, or use industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info.
5. Health information
The Site does not ask for health information. Please do not send us medical details by email. We are not a healthcare provider.
6. Retention and security
We keep order and support records as long as needed to provide the Product, handle refunds and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, restricted access, security headers) to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
The Site and Product are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. International visitors
